• Full Name: Rev. Babu Michael, OIC (prefers to
be called Fr. Michael)
• Member of a religious order - The Order of the
Imitation of Christ, also known as Bethany Fathers.
• Belongs to Oriental Catholic Church -
Syro-Malankara Rite
• Born in Kerala, India - Fr. Michael’s mother still
lives in India, he has 4 brothers & 1 sister
• He has been in the Priesthood for 18 years.
Experience
• Assistant Rector in a Novitiate house for 2½ yrs
• Rector in a boarding school for 1 year
• Principal in 3 schools for 14 years
• Worked as an educational consultant
• Worked as a parish priest in several different
parishes
• Authored a series of books on general
knowledge for standards I-VIII (published in India)
