 SACRISTAN -
Volunteers ensure that all pre-Mass
preparations are taken care of. These responsibilities include the preparation
of the host and wine, fill water cruets, chalices and plates, set out altar
linens, make sure the readings for Mass are available and ready and make sure
Eucharistic Ministers, Lector and Servers are present. Also, place pyx for
communion to the sick on table and receive collection from ushers and secure it
for the Counting Ministry. Volunteers are required to work once a month for 1
1/2 hour per mass, Saturday 5 P.M., Sunday 7 A.M. or 5 P.M. Volunteers may also
work 5 hours
for three masses Sunday morning: 8:30, 10, 12 noon. If you are interested in
