On Pentecost 2002 at our Ministry Fair, Kingdom People invited people to sign pre-printed letters to our congressional representatives asking them to consider pending legislation.  The proposed legislation would help poor with education and childcare costs while they helped themselves better their situation.  The people of Good Shepherd signed almost 300 letters and received this award for their efforts.
