Parish Social Ministries

The Parish Social Ministries Office (formerly Parish Outreach Office) offers help in many ways to residents of Holbrook. Please contact the office with any needs and questions. The number is 631-585-4544 and all calls are kept confidential.

Here is a listing of services available:

Home Emergency Assistance Program ( HEAP ), for help with fuel and utilities.

Project warmth .

Liaison with Catholic Charities , Emergency Relief to Families (ERF).

Liaison with the Salvation Army Senior Nutrition Program.

Food Pantry, open Monday - Friday from 10 to 3:30.

Food And Nutrition (FAN), a program where food and nutrition are distributed the 3^rd Tuesday of each month from 1pm to 2:30pm only.

Budget counseling is available.

Referrals for individual and group counseling.

Transportation is available for patients going to the doctor or hospital.

Bereavement counseling is available.

Vouchers provided for families in need of holiday food and gifts.
